no exit

Ray made this enclosure around the deck to keep Jinks safe after he escaped down the stream in the garden and spent a night out on the tiles and gave us all a big fright.

The area is roughly 12' by 12', big enough I think for a Cairn terrier to have a sniff of fresh air and a bark. He goes out twice a day for a walk and we also take him on the lead in the main garden for essential purposes.
its is lovely to have snow to photograph and I love to see it on the mountains and to look out the window at if you are staying in , but that's it , now I am older it is too much of an inconvenience. however this is a lovely shot

I agree and I'm a wimp when it snows. It's coming diown lightly now but melting as it reaches ground. I want to go for a swim but don't want to come out to find thick snow everywhere - decisions!

@quietpurplehaze well it probably will continue to melt, go enjoy a swim. Ray can pick you up if it does turn bad. we have sunshine 'up north' and blue skies I will send you some :-)

Much safer! If it was our springer she would just leap over - but I think a cairn's legs would find that challenging!

@julienne1

We definitely made sure that there's no escape from here for Jinks! He's escaped 4 times, the last being the one-night stand and we couldn't stand the suspense any longer!!!!
