green orchid

was up at reception area again for a short meeting today, brought my camera with me and took a pic of this orchid. this is the same orchid in the foreground of the 'armchair' photo in the main album yesterday. thought i better take a pic before it's gone.

It's a gorgeous orchid! I've never seen one like it. Beautiful green hues and a very attractive, sexy-looking lip. Awesome capture. I'm happy I get to see this! 8)

I like the way the leaves are crowning the flower.. and the two petals look like two arms.. hands over the face.. =) very nice indeed.. the colour degradation.. and the neatness..

@inertie - thank you, pinar. there was a similar one last week which i didn't photograph, exactly like this but the sepals and petals were yellow.
