no kitchen or dinner table should be without freshly ground pepper, be it black, white or red. i don't use salt when i cook, but pepper is always liberally used. so when i started to have my own apartment back in the old country, one of my household investments had always been a good quality pepper mill. wooden, not plastic or anything, must be made of wood. and with a sexy and sleek shape like this, who could resist eating good food without some freshly ground pepper?

Wonderful pov and a very "proper" pepper mill. Unfortunately, I am a lover of salt and would need the pair. I know, I know, too much salt is not good. I have cut back tho ....way back. Happy to hear that your internet is working better. You two on a vacation?!!
I have a set that was given to us as a wedding gift and I used it all the time when we were first married. But we've gotten away from that- I'm not really a big pepper fan. I should resurrect it for my cooking though. Hmmm...where did I put it? I like this shot- it's as sleek as the pepper mill itself!
