this is a pretty simple cocktail if you have the ingredients. put about 3 ice cubes in a mixing glass with an ounce of gin, half an ounce of dry vermouth, half an ounce of bianco vermouth, a dash of bénédictine (an herb liqueur developed by the bénédictine monks). stir well then strain into a cocktail glass. decorate with maraschino cherries on a stick.
the little prop is not quite a Rolls-Royce, it's young jack's little toy he left behind when he last visited.
drive responsibly, please don't drink and drive!

for my get pushed challenge, my partner this week, julie @julieco challenged me to " either (1) making a still image that includes 5 items with an interesting POV and/or lighting or (2) a food image which could be suitable as an illustration in a cookery book or advert in a magazine."
not exactly food, but the cherry qualifies, i'm sure.
@summerfield - a friend of mine pimped his shopping cart and I was going to show him this one. Mai Tai sounds nice too. Here its H2O for the time being. They don't like me being too drunk at work. I hear its good for me?
My son and daughter in law have given me a subscription to Rachel Ray's food magazine- and each one of your shots this week could certainly be in her beverage section (which I never read because I don't drink- but the pictures always look so pretty!).
@claireuk - no, awww. a singapore sling, maybe? thank you, my friend, claire.
@julieco - thank you, julie. more on the way. :-)
@bobfoto - tonight, mai tai, or maybe something orange based. thank you, jason.
