I love looking back at all my fav's that I've done since I've been on this site. So far, I have 7 pages worth. I thought it would be interesting for people to post their very first photo they've ever fav'd ... some may have to go way back which makes it more interesting and also hopefully bring back some memories!
This was mine, courtesty of Tracy a/k/a @tw, I love the ethereal feel of this picture.
I'm into my fourth year now and have 165 pages so decided to go with the first fav of someone who's still posting and it's this by Sarah @coolgirlsar from February 17th 2011
This one is from my co-worker who introduced me to 365! She is busy with new twin babies now!!! Someday she will probably return to the project:) @lesleebarnes
Second year in so have have a lot more than 7 pages worth...but here was the first one...loved the clarity and started following @sailingmusic when I saw she also had the same camera I was using at the time.
What a funthread this is!
My daughter was the one who got me started here on 1st Jan 2011 so of course her first shot of my little granddaughter is my first fav. @chel
I had quite a few favorites in February of 2010 but all those followers are no longer on 365. the next picture in line is Slava's @slava a lovely picture of this beautiful flower.
My sister Jane @cejaanderson posted this collage on April 8, 2014, the anniversary of the surrender of American and Filipino forces to the Imperial Japanese Army on the Bataan Peninsula of the Philippines. The state of New Mexico had 1800 soldiers there, all of whom went into captivity for the remainder of the war. Only half survived to return home. These photos are of the Bataan Memorial Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where the names of all 1800 men are inscribed on stone pillars.
@hippiechick13 I am so honored to be the first photo you fav'd! And I love that door shot too. Thank you so much!
I can't believe I have over 2,000 favs!! But then I am in my 4th year here! Here's my first- by one of my first followers and most faithful followers Rick Schies @digitalrn
My very first fav was back January 2012. I never made contact with the photographer and he is no longer active. http://365project.org/hamptanner/365/2012-01-15
BUT ... my second ever fav was this one from Katy ... who, after a few year's break I now think of as one of my closest friends on 365! So strange to think I fav'd her years ago, and then "re-found" her in the 365 community some years later! @grammyn
OMG OMG - I so remember the night I first got "FAV's" - I was over the top on cloud 9. Shhh.... funny truth is even after all these months I still grin like a Cheshire cat :) Thanks, Dawn for such a lovely suggestion :)
I've been here since Sep 13 and have 3 pages of favs... That doesn't mean I do not like the other pics on here :)
My first was by @sjouk, an awesome Dutch lady that sadly stopped in February... :(
Lisa @psychographer and @bella_ss Sheralee thank you so much, seeing that photo brought back so many memories and seeing some of the photos in this thread brings back memories, a few I remember so well. And now to go see what mine was. Love this thread!
@shannejw Thanks Shanne. So are you definitely back now? My posting is currently very sporadic due to my final year of uni but I'm looking forward to posting daily again once I'm done xx
My first couple of favs aren't available anymore. The first one that is, is this one by Richard @nzsnapper which is still a fav. I love the lines & it's a great example of being able to find a shot anywhere.
I have over 3000 favs but I still remember my first one. The first one I ever faved is this one by @velina. It was before I ever uploaded any pics of my own. Still love the unuque POV and mood of this one
I started my project Jan 1 of this year, and Arefin @wind_of_the_sothern_sea posted this photo and I thought it a perfect introduction the 365 project.
What fun to look back at all the favs. Here was the first one @lexy with amazing colors, textures, POV, composition and, of course, one of my favorite subjects.
A great thread! This is my first from 2 jan, I love snow pics and we didn't have a white winter here this year. Loved the fun of this pic, I can see exactly why I picked it 6 months later. By @tosee.
@daneau
I'm not sure what you mean by "not here anymore", I don't know if it's a reference to the photo or the photographer. But, she is once again active and posting.
My first fave was posted wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in 2010 (I've been here since the beginning of 2011.) Sadly, Danny nor his wife Jamie post here anymore. This building has a lot of sentimental value for me, which is why I Fav'd it. @musicguy1982
Right, after some help from @judithg on the technical front here is my first fav.
Still think this shot by @azza_l deserved more favs than it got. Its such a joyful picture.
I was a bit slow with the technology and didn't know what I was doing but the first one I actually meant to fav was this one by @rich57 great to see it again
@sailingmusic click on the photo - there are three little dots underneath it. Click on that. An Embed Code box will pop up - copy and paste that code into this box.
I have 24 pages of favorites. This by @jborrases was my first. I still think its stunning, particularly: large, on black. But even just normal it's fabulous.
This was my first fav from @amyamoeba. I liked the creativity of setting, all hand made with objects that many all of us had at home. I liked too the idea of being / feeling oneself like these cute ship. I hope this ship will find great adventures with firm heading and in a sea with full of possibilities.
This photo, by @bristolrose, is the first photo I faved. I don't note many with faves. I would fave this again, if I could! The colors are spectacular.
I don't have many that I have tagged as a favourite. Usually if it's something I wish I had taken or plan to try and emulate I will fav it. This was the first...
This was mine, by adam. The location, composition, colours, reflections, atmosphere and sheer beauty did it for me!
@riverlandphotos
This is several years ago and still just as powerful.
My daughter was the one who got me started here on 1st Jan 2011 so of course her first shot of my little granddaughter is my first fav. @chel
Here's my very first:
I have 107 pages of favs and if I think a photo deserves a fav to show them I appreciate their work I will hit that button.
There are some fabulous shots in this thread so far!

Funny, in my comment, I wrote out "I have marked this as a favorite" hee hee
I think I was majorly impressed that this one was SOOC.

This was the first photo I fav'd, I remember liking the stars and the bokeh.

I only started this year but already have 37 pages!
What a great idea for a thread Dawn, thanks for doing it.

I took a similar super moon pic myself, maybe that's the reason I liked this one.
