@happypat There's a number of recipes out there for this drink - some tell you have to let it sit for 2 weeks, some say 2 months. But depending which one you use, you'll end up with a wonderful drink. I've put this one onto my blog so everyone can have a go at it. I've used two different recipes and put them together, and it turned out great. :)
