blasted! it's snowing outside. partner said the forecast was a total of 15 centimetres by tomorrow. fun wow! that's what we were hoping we would see in niagara falls but didn't happen.
i absolutely refused to go out and do any boxing day shopping. no way.

@salza - i must say it's a little bit soft. i have another shot with sharp focus but i didn't like the perspective so i went with this. thank you, sally.
@sarasdadandmom - well, if it must console you, i was trying to take pictures this morning, for two hours, and the snow was at my knee. and i kept on tripping on the pavements because they're just not visible. but now, i'm at home, eating my mid-afternoon snack of panetone, the italian version of the fruit cake, gulping it down with a large mug of hot chocolate and nibbling at cheese slices, too! want some? :-D
@summerfield If I am ever stranded out in a snow storm , I want you with me, I know you would have something in that purse to keep us alive, for a few weeks. ?
@sarasdadandmom - yeah, tic tacs, halls honey flavour, and i don't ever eat those little packets of crackers when i eat out they go straight into my purse. i should check my purse, they might be well grounded by now in which case add some snow and we have cold cracker soup! yay!
Very pretty! Hard to believe we are at the end of yet another challenge! Wow! Don't know if I'll do the January word thing that Bulldog is doing, but I'm looking forward to our February Black and White with a Hint of Color month!
@olivetreeann - i'm kind of lazy thinking of a challenge for january. i'm not too keen on the word list at this time. but like you, i'm looking forward to our black and white february. i'm re-thinking a year of little wahoo because my original plan for that was to open a separate account. but i have enrolled in a novel writing course starting next week and getting a kick in the butt to continue with my novel with a view to a first draft being finished by october. so i might just do a little wahoo series on fridays or saturdays. what do you think of that? i think that is more do-able, right? thank you, ann.
@summerfield Agreed! I'm leaning toward personal challenges rather than a prescribed one. Toying with the idea of one picture a week (or subject) but processed 7 different ways. The January list was not grabbing me either- I think I'm just tired of them and need a break. So that's where my brain is headed!
