today, I photographed cars, a ferrari, a maserati, and other cars that are supposed to impress. i'm not and never was impressed by cars or by boys/men who drove their own cars. (if a man wanted to impress me, all he needs to do was make a reservation at a good restaurant.)
the cars were pretty and all, but they got reflections of the building's ceiling lights and people milling about. one show staff asked if i wanted to sit on the driver's seat of a lincoln and just have "a feel" but he wouldn't let me take photos inside so i begged off.
but i have a really nice moon shot, so the moon it is for today. savvy?
I feel the same about cars, as long as they get you from A to B I don't care what it looks like! Wonderful shot of the moon, love the branches in front of it.
this is beautiful; the silhouette adds so much atmosphere and mood to your shot. fav.. although i adore cars, i do not care for how they are used as status symbols. never understood the concept of getting a car to be seen in it; get a car for its performance - and i tell you, i detest gold and silver cars. yuck. like, hello, look at me. i have money! and they are everywhere.
