"This is gorgeous. Raindrops on whatever they are, and whiskers too."
Sue always had a positive thing to say and a special way of saying it ... gee, I'm going to miss her.
The interesting thing is that, when I saw this flower on Sunday, I actually thought of Sue Wilde, as she loved flowers and did such amazing things with white ones. She was one of the first to comment on my pictures, the first to do so regularly and she once called me "the funghi queen," a title I was (and am) unbearably pleased to have.
Though I didn't know you Sue, I am saddened to hear of a passing of a fellow member of the 365 community. Rest in peace. Deepest sympathies to your family and friends.
Rest in Peace, Sue. I did not know you, but we share a name. My middle name is Sue. Prayers for comfort to her family. Even though I didn't know you, I'd seen you around and felt sad when I heard the news.
Thank you Sue for being you. This was the last flower of mine that she liked a lot. I hope that her family get some comfort from knowing how much she is loved here.
And I will rise when He calls my name
No more sorrow, no more pain
I will rise on eagles' wings
Before my God fall on my knees
And rise
I will rise
(Song by Chris Tomlin)
When I posted this a while back as I was going thru a tough time, Sue commented "Beautiful words. Many hugs." She had a huge heart for everyone.
Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary. Isaiah 40:31
I know we're posting flowers here, but this one just felt so fitting.
So saddened to hear of Sue's passing. She took this for her family not so long ago. Condolences to Sue's family. thank you for sharing this lovely lady with us all on 365. I so appreciated Sue's thoughtful and encouraging comments. Miss you already.
This is such sad news! A wonderful photographer and 365 friend. So supportive and inspiring. She will be missed.... I also can recall how to post a photo,
Sorry Sue I would have loved to post you a beautiful flower on this page but have completely forgotten how to do it on my iPad ........you deserve the biggest bouquet in the world but I join in with everyone else sending deepest condolences to your family. You will be missed!
When you cross the ocean
When you reach the shore yonder...
No pain
No hurt
Shall touch upon you...
I see your light shine through the clouds
My spirit, damp with tears...
My heartbeat has slowed down a bit
As I think of you
In another universe...
Your smile
Your words ring in my ears
Blessed was I to see your zeal...
Across time lines
Across oceans and seas,
We were connected with flora and fauna
Sometimes a lone tree
Birds, messengers of heavens....
What is it that forges a bond of friendship?
What is it that connects hearts and nurtures love and understanding?
A Blessing it was to meet you...
Silent tears greet you
I will miss you...
I hope you are smiling...
Wherever you are
The softness of your heart
The story of your life
Ever encompassing love
Encircles so many lives...
Rest in peace... dear friend...
