With this week's theme starting on Christmas Day, we couldn't resist choosing something festive! So, this week's theme is 'holidays'.
Whether you're keeping you fingers crossed for a 'white Christmas' in the Northern Hemisphere or have a festive BBQ planned in the sunshine of the Southern Hemisphere - it's the perfect time of year to capture fun and memories that you'll cherish forever!
Even if you don't celebrate Christmas, it's still a magical time of year as we count down to the end of 2018 and think ahead to a brand new year, perhaps with new dreams or plans that you're looking forward too.
Whatever this week has in store we'd like to wish you all the very happiest of holidays!
We'd also like to confirm this is the last theme of the year and we'll soon share some exciting updates for what you can expect for 2019 - so please watch this space! It's going to be great.
How to enter this week's theme
When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-holidays.
Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Tuesday 25th December until the following Sunday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Monday evening (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.
Winner of the 'Twilight' theme
As always, thank you for casting your votes this week for a winner of the twilight theme! We're excited to announce @inthecloud5 as the winner!
We love how @inthecloud5 made the most of this magical time of day, with an equally magical display of festive lights! The warm glowing lights, above and on the shop fronts, really pops against the glowing blue sky. We also love the composition, playing with symmetry to create some balance in a shot that could easily look busy or chaotic - as we might imagine London's streets would be in the lead up to Christmas!
Vote for the 'Treats' theme winner
Oh my! Your photos for the treats theme have left us feeling peckish, and thirsty, for some tasty festive candies, pies and everything sweet! It was tricky as usual but we eventually managed to narrow down just five finalists!
To cast your vote, just reply to this blog post with the number (in digit form) of the photo you would like to see win.
