Took the long way to the tube station this afternoon after work through St James's and Green Parks, trying to up my step count. Passed by Horseguards Parade and the Mall where a lot of dismantling and clearing up is under way now that our grand summer party is over.
Victoria Memorial an amazingly over-the-top bit of sculpture by Sir Thomas Brock, finally completed in 1924.
