This discussion chain is to highlight the work of someone else and show a photo that you marked as +FAV (on the top of the screen) this week. Having people FAV your photo lets you know that what you did really connected with other photographers and for the new members, it really helps get that photo to the popular page. We do this post every week and it is a great way to see work you might of missed or find someone new to follow.
So find a fav from this week and include their user name and why you connected with this photo. Please don't forget to CREDIT their photo with the username!
There are two easy ways to add pictures on to the discussion.
The first is a full size photo: 1) Click on your favorite photo and bring up its page. 2)Look at the right side of your monitor, and go to the word SHARE (it is below tags) 3) go to the box and copy the long address 4) Come back to the discussion, and then paste. 5) If it is not your photo also tag the person who it belongs to so they know you love it (@name) remember no punctuation on either side of the @and name.
The second is to have a smaller file size so to keep the site from getting overwhelmed. http://365project.org/discuss/general/1323/how-to-adding-an-image-in-a-discussion.
I chose the most favs this week of my whole 365 journey - maybe because I'm SO close to the end? But since today is "selfie" day of the One NIght Stand 3 challenge, I've picked a new friend's very creative take. Katie @katiebrenkert and her almost here new baby!
This is my hands-down fav for the week, and I must have good taste, as it was just selected as number 7 for the week in the top 20 - lovely work by @jdr4690, one of my favorite photographers on 365. Rob, your work has inspired me to be a better photographer, and I thank you for that inspiration:
I still don't understand how to do this correctly. Here's the address of my fav above. Can someone finish it off for me please, or do it correctly? Thanks.
Oh, I just did!
The instructions didn't mention the bit about posting it. Now how do I cope with getting the name of the photographer on it. Her name is Fran Dunn. Ooophs, someone just got ahead of me. It's the spider web I am talking about.
There are two that I can't choose between, because they're different.
First, the dominos of @christinesmith
which she submitted for the Plan4Jan under the tag "braille". It's simple, and submitting it for that tag struck me as cheeky. I like cheeky :) I also love how the dominoes in the foreground seem to be escaping the confines of the photo on her 365 page (you may have to visit in order to see what I mean).
Second, but also no less than first, "Saturday Afternoon Jam Session"
by @mcdougall I thought she captured the movement of the playing nicely, since I play myself, and I really like the story behind this.
@bluefirebucket Wow...thank you so much Mick. Truly honored. Getting someone to place one of mine as one of their favorite, especially someone as impressive as you, is humbling. Definitely better then any Top 20.
This has been a great start to the new year as far as Fav's. I had a number I Faved during this week. Here is one I see nobody has posted yet beautifully done by @ltodd
This one by @eyesofbetsie is awesome, it makes me happy just looking at their happy faces. It's titled 'Take any nude photos?' - read the story that goes with it!
@coolgirlsar Thank you so much for Favin' this. It was a challenge but I was very happy on how it came out. It makes me soooo happy that you like it.=D!!!
@suebarni Sue, THANK YOU! Mikie would be thrilled to know that his klass landed him on a page like this. He is the most wonderfully inappropriate person I know... and adore!
I love all my faves (I mean they are faves, after all!) so it's hard to choose. I picked this one from @sjodell because it's clever, perfectly executed and just plain fun!
So hard to choose this week. The longer I do this project the more amazing talent I see and the more fav's I have. This is from Tara @tara11 I love the focus on her eye. I'm a huge fan of SC and think she did an absolutely marvellous job with this
@skipt07 Well, I'm pretty sure this one is mine, so I'm thanking you for your kindness. . .to have a b&w posted here when I've really been struggling and concentrating on them these last few weeks means more than I can say! Thank you, my friend!
@peterdegraaff OMG you could so spend hours there! (Bring a flashlight for the walk back to your vehicle after sunset, btw.) Not far from there is a little known slot canyon that's kinda cool too. I forget what it's called, but when I remember, I'll let ya know! :-)
@jonesp thanks Paul. I saw the shadows when we stood there and only saw this result. A bit of Nd grad effect with color efex4 to darken the bottom and then the fabulous silver feed 2. Can't beat it for these shots.
looking back at my fav's this week, if I have to pick only one I'd pick this one
by Alison Tomlin @fueast
I like the colors and peacefulness. and the composition. and the shadows...
Tough choice this week. I had about 5 that were especially awesome but will choose this one by @cindymc for the gorgeous sky design and colors captured so beautifully. I would not want to choose the top 20 here on 365. There are so many fabulous photos.
There are so many amazing shots this week! Just looking at this thread blows me away! I just have to go with this one by @westcoastwallis Paula! I laugh every time I look at it!
@kiwichick@orangecrush Ahaha! Thanks guys:) I'm willing to bet you know that EXACT feeling;-) Now, I'm off to upload my belated "street" shot and find my fav fav:)
Hands down this one by @shutterbugger - which she actually posted last week (or something?) but I only saw the upload on her facebook fanpage and was duly bedazzled and came on over here to fave:)
Wow, very amazing list of talented shots in this thread. It was a great week! I really love this one from newcomer @jameshislop. He's got some nice work. Check him out!
An old friend of mine from WAAAY back is on 365 and recently started. I love this one of his
Awesome job Hutch (I will never call you Neale) @fotofella
@tanja_1211 Thank you so much Tanja. Means the world that you chose mine. Truly honored. Don't think there's anything better, except maybe if you'd admit you love coffee. That would be down right epic! :P
@losthorizon Woah...hold your horses......there is no way I will ever admit such thing. You can try as much as you want because you just can't change my mind on that one :P
@tulipgirl Thank you for the mention and for following my 365, I have seen so many excellent photographers and artists on here, to be appreciated as a photographer by other photographers it is a real joy.
Thank you again for your support.
I love seeing Jake Sorensons work, he is very artistic and creative both in his photography and sculptures, I look forward to seeing his work every day. @jsorensenart
@gailn love the chocolate box feel :)
@ozziehoffy
@rich57
I loved the softness of this by @dapinsker
I still don't understand how to do this correctly. Here's the address of my fav above. Can someone finish it off for me please, or do it correctly? Thanks.

@aprilmilani
Just started following Jenn but I like what I have seen so far...this one is so magical!
This one would never get old.

From a new member @jbucovetsky
