I now have one. I actually applied ages ago but have never managed to get to the high commission to collect it. But my sister was going in this morning, so kindly picked it up for me. No need for me to rush back to the UK now after 90 days should I want to spend longer in Europe. Not that that's what I'm planning on doing in the short term. But a friend had to split her pilgrimage walk to Rome over 2 years because she couldn't complete it in 90 days. Yeah I know - first world middle class problems (especially compared with some impacts) but still, thanks guys. But at least we've taken back control. That comforts me 🤣
Worked from home again - easier with T and B coming and going. They headed off back to Bristol at lunchtime kindly leaving us with a present of cardamom buns.
1. I'm still an EU citizen.
2. T left her cardamom bun behind by accident so we have an extra one teehee.
3. A quiet house after guests have left.
You lucky person! I have lived and worked in Germany a very enriching experience), my daughter-in-law is French and my granddaughters are bilingual and two thirds of Scots voted to remain.
I love that you have taken back control in your own small way. I remember election results night when Sunderland was announced (one of the first results) , unbelievable , Cameron messed up big time . Rant over !
You are Cypriot? I had in my head you were Finnish.....funny the thoughts that occur over online friends you have not met in person! Glad you got what you needed
@boxplayer Excellent! Hubby is very fond of Cypriots, served in the army there at one point. Wonderful wonderful people. That explains why you are such a busy party gal and love such beautiful food!
