A foodie theme today - forage, use a wild ingredient, eat sustainably. Well, busy day of work and shoe shopping meant there was little time to forage and same with Dave. But we do get a veg box and I highly recommend doing so - the pandemic panic where they all suddenly got huge waiting lists is a thing of the past. There were some interesting things in it this evening - strawberries and not only broad beans, but broad bean shoots, rather tasty like pea shoots but bigger.
